一、对各种病变的描述性命名建议
1.从回声的有无及强弱分---
无回声 anecho， echoless
弱回声 weak echo ， few echoes
低回声 hypoechoic，hypoecho
等（中）回声 isoechoic，iso-echo
高回声 hyperechoic，hyper echoes
强回声 strong echo
（另一个较为模糊的名称，英文称echogenic，即“有回声”或“回声增强”之意。）
2.从回声在声像图上的形态分
点状（细点）dots（tiny）
短线状 short-linear
线状 linear
管道状（平行）channel（parallel）
斑片状 speckle
结节状 nodule（tubercle）
分叶状 lobular
网状（细、粗） mesh-like （fine，coarse）
圆形 round
椭圆形 oval
长条形 strip
三角形 triangular
弧形 arc
不规则形 irregular
彗星尾状 comet tail
振铃状 ringing
3.从回声的分布及某些特征分：
雾状 foggy
混响 reverberation
镜像 mirror imaging
分布均匀 homogeneous distribution
分布不均 inhomegeneous (heterogeneous) distribution
混合性 mixed
深部衰减 deep part attenuation
后壁增强 posterior wall enhancement
后方增强 posterior enhancement
后方声影 posterior shadowing
侧壁回声失落 lateral wall echo dorp-out
侧后声影 posterior-lateral shadowing
4.其他：
轮廓 contour
包膜 capsule
边缘（界）boundary

二、对占位性病变诊断性术语建议：
1.物理性诊断
液性 fluid
实质性 solid
混合性 miXed
钙化 calcified
纤维化 fibrotic
气体 gaseous
含气 gas content
提示可能为某种疾病的诊断：
囊肿（单纯、皮样、多房性）cyst
脓肿 abscess
叶间脂肪组织 interlobi fat
脂肪肝(脂肪小粒浸润至细胞内或细胞、组织间隙） fatty liver
炎性假瘤 inflammatory pseudo-tumor
纤维化 fibrosis
纤维化结节 （乳房、肝）fibrotic nodule
良性肿瘤：息肉、血管瘤、腺瘤、纤维瘤、纤维腺瘤、肌瘤、错构瘤，等。benign tumor
恶性肿瘤：癌（原发、转移）肉瘤等 malignancy
钙化 calcification
结石 stone (lithiasis)
爱滋病 (AIDS)
三.2005年已规范的10个术语
1、探测（detect），扫查(scan)，检查(exam)
误：探查(explore)
2、心脏各观(view)：长轴观、短轴观、四腔观等
误：切面(section)
3、侧壁回声失落：侧后声影
误：侧方（壁）声影
4、接收回声(echo receiving)
误：接受回声
5、混迭 (aliasing) 迭--替代
误：混叠 叠---重叠
6、反流(regurgitation)
误：返流（旧术语，已统一改作反流）
7、多普勒取样门宽（单位：mm）
误：多普勒取样容积
8、“声束----血流（方向）”夹角
误：声速----血流夹角
* 角必须正确校正！否则，测值无效！！
